Lee Young-hyun started in Chogok-ri, Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and is currently working under the name of Chogokri. He is interested in expressing the amusement in use with various materials, and make the form and story from the original figure or characteristics. For example, combining abandoned chairs with epoxy to make them useful, or cutting wood to give it a new texture. In this way, He explore the characteristics of materials trying to open up their possiblities

이영현은 경상북도 김천 초곡리에서 시작해 초곡리라는 이름으로 활동 중이다. 쓰임에서 느껴지는 재미를 다양한 소재로 표현하고, 본연의 조형이나 특성에서 시작해 형태와 이야기를 나타내는데 흥미를 느낀다. 이를테면 버려진 의자들을 에폭시와 결합하여 쓸모를 만들거나, 나무를 깎아 새로운 텍스쳐를 부여하는 것처럼. 이렇듯 소재의 특성을 탐구하고 그것들이 가진 가능성을 열고자 한다.
