Jinyeong Yeon have narratives about the use of materials and formative images. He use things that are in a state of fading in value and cut off from our attention as the major material.

The formative language created by things in a deficient state is an expression of contradictory beauty. The purpose of the work is to create a situation that can be recognized and valued again through the work.

소재의 활용과 조형 이미지로 이야기를 풀어내고 있다. 자연스레 가치가 퇴색되어지고 우리의 관심으로 부터 단절되어진 상태의 것들을 주재료로 삼는다.

결핍된 상태의 것들을 이용해 만들어낸 조형 언어는 모순적인 아름다움에 대한 표현이며 작품을 통해 다시금 가치를 부여하고 새롭게 인식 할 수 있는 상황을 마련하는 것이 작업의 목적이다.
